個人簡介
鄧懌是南方科技大學生物系教學序列教授。她從波鴻魯爾大學獲得（生物學）博士學位后在美國國立健康研究院進行博士后訓練。鄧懌博士的研究團隊致力于研究細胞-細胞外基質(zhì)相互作用的分子機制，以及細胞-細胞外基質(zhì)與健康和疾病的關系。
研究領域
◆ 細胞微環(huán)境、信號轉(zhuǎn)導與疾?。杭毎c細胞外基質(zhì)通過細胞–基質(zhì)黏附相互作用，繼而引起肌動蛋白細胞骨架重塑以及信號轉(zhuǎn)導。細胞–基質(zhì)黏附的組裝和拆卸所引起的細胞遷移是胚胎發(fā)育、維持細胞功能和組織穩(wěn)態(tài)必不可少的。異常的細胞–基質(zhì)黏附則與腫瘤轉(zhuǎn)移等密切相關。我們旨在闡明調(diào)控細胞–基質(zhì)黏附的分子機制，結(jié)合細胞生物學和生物化學的方法研究細胞–基質(zhì)粘附這一動態(tài)過程。目前的興趣主要在參與調(diào)控整合素功能的黏合斑蛋白復合物組裝、解聚、胞內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)運的分子機制研究。ILK-PINCH-parvin和kindlin-migfilin-filamin是整合素介導的細胞–機制黏附的兩個重要蛋白復合物。ILK-PINCH-parvin作為整合素信號樞紐，不僅是整合素與肌動蛋白細胞骨架聯(lián)系的橋梁，而且還與調(diào)節(jié)多條信號通路相互作用；而kindlin-migfilin-filamin則在整合素活化中起關鍵作用。我們使用顯微鏡，包括最先進的熒光技術研究細胞內(nèi)不同空間尺度上的問題。
◆ 胰島Beta-細胞的細胞生物學：免疫球蛋白的結(jié)合蛋白（Binding immunoglobulin protein, Bip）對人胰淀素（hIAPP）引起胰島細胞損傷的保護作用及其機制。
