個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介:
宋昆博士在南開大學(xué)先后攻讀理學(xué)學(xué)士與碩士學(xué)位,并于德國(guó)亥姆霍茲聯(lián)合會(huì)Max-Delbruck分子醫(yī)學(xué)中心/柏林自由大學(xué)獲得生物學(xué)博士學(xué)位;此后,分別在德國(guó)柏林醫(yī)學(xué)系統(tǒng)生物學(xué)研究所(陳煒課題組)和Max-Delbruck分子醫(yī)學(xué)中心(Carmen Birchmeier課題組)從事博士后研究。2019年夏入職南方科技大學(xué)生物系擔(dān)任獨(dú)立課題組長(zhǎng)(副教授),博士生導(dǎo)師。宋昆博士的課題組主要利用多種先進(jìn)神經(jīng)生物學(xué)技術(shù)并結(jié)合單細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)錄組測(cè)序技術(shù)在不同小鼠模型上研究神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)對(duì)各種生理功能的調(diào)控機(jī)制,主要關(guān)注在闡明神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)體溫調(diào)節(jié)的機(jī)理。對(duì)該領(lǐng)域的研究有助于加深我們對(duì)多種代謝類疾病和免疫炎癥類疾病的理解,并有助于為相關(guān)的臨床治療提供新的思路和依據(jù)。

溫度感受與調(diào)控的分子機(jī)制與神經(jīng)環(huán)路;
應(yīng)用單細(xì)胞組學(xué)技術(shù)研究神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的發(fā)育圖譜及相關(guān)形成機(jī)制;
