吳小虎博士2013年畢業(yè)于華南理工大學，曾在美國加州大學戴維斯分校進行博士后研究工作，于2022年6月加入南方科技大學深港微電子學院，任職研究副教授。
吳小虎博士長期從事微波毫米波雷達傳感器與電路研究工作。研究領(lǐng)域主要包括：微波無源電路設(shè)計理論及應(yīng)用，有源陣列收發(fā)電路，微波毫米波雷達傳感器及其在非接觸式生命體征的探測和辨識技術(shù)，在智能家居、智慧醫(yī)療、居家養(yǎng)老等有廣泛應(yīng)用。已在國際學術(shù)期刊和會議上發(fā)表論文40余篇，申請專利10余項。
