個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介:

趙燕,生命科學(xué)學(xué)院神經(jīng)生物學(xué)系副教授,博士生導(dǎo)師,基金委優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金獲得者,于2020年11月全職回國(guó)加入南方科技大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院。趙燕本科和博士均畢業(yè)于北京大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)部,并先后在中國(guó)科學(xué)院生物物理所和美國(guó)馬薩諸塞大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院進(jìn)行博士后工作,進(jìn)行細(xì)胞自噬的分子機(jī)制和生理功能研究,以第一作者和/或通訊作者身份在Molecular Cell、Current Biology、JCB、Autophagy、Cell reports等國(guó)際頂尖學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表論文多篇。

 

研究領(lǐng)域:

自噬是細(xì)胞內(nèi)重要的降解機(jī)制,對(duì)于維持細(xì)胞穩(wěn)態(tài)至關(guān)重要。在體內(nèi),自噬保障了機(jī)體各器官的正常生理功能,自噬異常導(dǎo)致多種人類疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展。課題組未來(lái)的研究方向主要集中在研究多細(xì)胞特有自噬蛋白在自噬過(guò)程中的分子機(jī)制和體內(nèi)功能,具體包括以下方向:

1. 研究自噬小體形成過(guò)程中,內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng)與自噬前體結(jié)構(gòu)的相互作用的調(diào)控和功能

2. 研究神經(jīng)細(xì)胞自噬的特有分子機(jī)制,尋找神經(jīng)退行性疾病的潛在治療靶點(diǎn)

3. 研究?jī)?nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng)與細(xì)胞內(nèi)其他細(xì)胞器相互作用的分子組成、調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制和生理功能

4. 研究冠狀病毒轉(zhuǎn)錄復(fù)制過(guò)程中雙層膜囊泡(DMV)的形成機(jī)制
